Hyde Park Christian Reformed Church has a long history of being a campus ministry. One of the central goals is to provide a home for students and scholars affiliated with the University of Chicago. We have also been a home for students and scholars from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Illinois Institute of Technology so we welcome all students, scholars, and their families. Our hope is that people from all over the world from different cultures and languages would come together in the name of Jesus Christ and experience a taste of the feast we will eventually attend. Hyde Park CRC supports other campus groups (such as COM) and believes that our niche is to be a home for many people groups including Chinese students, scholars , and their families. We hold multiple events for students such as Thanksgiving dinner, Summer BBQ, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and others. We also offer small groups during the week, prayer meetings, and adult Sunday school. We hope that many would come and fellowship with us and share in the goodness of Jesus Christ our Lord.
